Public School Indoctrination Embedded in Grammar Quiz

A picture of a grammar quiz has been making the rounds on social media. The quiz directs students to rewrite sentences using a possessive pronoun. The six sentences, when put together, read:

The president’s job is not easy. The nation’s people do not always agree. The president’s choices affect everyone. He makes sure the country’s laws are fair. The government’s commands must be obeyed.

No evidence could be found verifying the authenticity of the photo, but it shouldn’t be surprising that state run, compulsory education would be used to train impressionable minds toward obedience.
